To maintain a serene, distraction-free atmosphere conducive to both relaxation and learning, we kindly request our guests not to bring guests, pets, or children to the spa.
Pet and Child-Free Zone
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. However, we kindly ask you to give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow our students to accommodate other clients and utilize their training time effectively.
Cancellations
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to keep other appointments on time.

We do not accept walk-ins; all appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone. This enables us to manage our students' schedules effectively and maintain the calm, organized environment we all appreciate.
